Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips optional
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt optional

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix until well-combined.
  • Scoop the banana mixture by the heaping tablespoonful onto the prepared baking pan. There should be about 20-24 total.
  • Gently press each dollop of the banana mixture down with a fork to flatten them slightly.
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 15-18 minutes.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely.
  • Serve.
