Ingredients
- ice to taste
- 2 liters lemon-lime soda
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups vodka
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 2 cups strawberries plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves plus more, to taste, for garnish
- sanding sugar optional, to taste
Directions
- To a large punch bowl, add the ice, the soda, the orange juice, the pineapple juice, the vodka, the prosecco, 2 cups of the strawberries, the raspberries, and 1 cup of the mint leaves, stirring to combine.
- Pour the sanding sugar into a shallow dish. Run a few of the extra strawberry slices over the rims of the intended serving glasses. Gently dip each of the rims in the sugar.
- Ladle the punch into the glasses.
- Serve garnished with the extra strawberry slices and the extra mint leaves.
