Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled, divided
- 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded, divided
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
- 3 green onions chopped, divided
- crackers of your choice, to taste, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the sour cream, the ranch seasoning, 9 slices of the crumbled bacon, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and stir until it is well-combined.
- Stir the chicken pieces and 2 of the chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture.
- Evenly spread the chicken dip into the prepared baking dish, then evenly sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake the chicken dip until it is hot and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
- Evenly sprinkle the chicken dip with the remaining chopped green onions and the remaining crumbled bacon.
- Serve the chicken dip with the crackers.
