Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wasabi mayonnaise
- 6 (8-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- 2 (8-ounce) packages imitation crabmeat
- 1 medium ripe avocado peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups jicama peeled and julienned
- 1 medium sweet red pepper julienned
- 1 small cucumber seeded and julienned
- 3/4 cup bean sprouts
Directions
- On a flat surface or cutting board, divide the wasabi mayonnaise evenly among the tortillas, spreading it to within 1/2-inch of the edges.
- Evenly layer the crabmeat, the avocado, the jicama, the red pepper, the cucumber, and the bean sprouts on top of the mayo.
- Roll the layered tortillas tightly and use a sharp knife to slice the wraps in half or leave whole.
- Serve.
