Ingredients
For the cookie dough pizza crust:
- 1 (16.5-ounce) tube sugar cookie dough
For the caramel cream cheese spread:
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
For the toppings:
- 1 green apple diced
- 2 chocolate caramel biscuit candy bars such as Twix®, chopped
- caramel sauce to taste, for drizzling
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press the cookie dough down into the bottom of the pan, ensuring the bottom is completely covered.
- Bake until the bottom is set, about 20-22 minutes.
- Allow the cookie dough to cool for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the cookie crust from the springform pan and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, the vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of the caramel sauce, and the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
- Add the heavy whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Refrigerate the caramel spread until ready to use.
- Layer the caramel cream cheese spread over the cookie crust.
- Sprinkle the apple pieces and the candy bar pieces over the cream cheese layer.
- Serve drizzled with the extra caramel sauce.
