Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium green pepper chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 2/3 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas warmed
  • 6 (1-ounce) pieces string cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, add the ground beef, green pepper, and onion and cook over medium-high heat, crumbling the beef as it cooks, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain the fat from the skillet.
  • Stir in the pizza sauce, pepperoni, and oregano.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of the beef mixture across the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the mixture in each tortilla with 1 piece of string cheese.
  • Fold the bottom and sides of the tortillas and roll them up in a burrito style.
  • Place the rolls on an ungreased baking sheet, seam side down.
  • Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot!
