Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tablespoon garlic puree
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (28-ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 3 cups mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend shredded and divided
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the heavy cream, the cheddar cheese soup, the garlic puree, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the salt, and the pepper, whisking until smooth.
- Add the tater tots to the bowl, stirring until everything is well coated.
- Add 2 cups of the cheese blend and the parmesan to the bowl and stir well.
- Pour the tater tot mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese blend over the tater tot mixture evenly.
- Bake until bubbling and the cheese starts to brown on top, about 50-55 minutes.
- Allow the casserole to sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve.
