Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs crushed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup sugar divided
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (28-ounce) can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, the melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of the sugar.
- Spread the crumb mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese into the whipped topping, adding a little at a time and beating between each addition.
- Add the remaining sugar and the vanilla into the cream cheese mixture until well-blended.
- Smooth the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust.
- Top evenly with the cherry pie filling.
- Chill for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
