Ingredients
- 4 cups fusilli pasta
- 4 cups chicken cooked and cubed
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach chopped
- 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Coat two (8-inch-square) baking dishes with cooking spray.
- In a large pot of salted, boiling water, add the pasta and cook it to al dente, according to the package directions.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken, the soup, the bacon, the milk, and the mayonnaise and stir to combine.
- Add the tomatoes and the spinach to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Drain the pasta.
- Add the drained pasta to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the chicken mixture evenly to the prepared baking dishes.
- Sprinkle the chicken mixture evenly with the cheese.
- Cover the baking dishes and bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 35-40 minutes.
- Serve.
