Ingredients
- 5-6 cups mashed potatoes cooked and warm
- 1 cup canned corn
- 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly grated
- 8 chicken tenders breaded, cooked, and sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 (1-ounce) packet brown gravy mix
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread the potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Top the potatoes with the corn and the cheese.
- Top the cheese with the chicken.
- Bake until the casserole is warmed through, about 15 minutes.
- While the casserole is baking, prepare the gravy packet according to the package directions.
- Drizzle the gravy over the cooked casserole.
- Serve.
