Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 pound chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
- 2 green onions sliced thin
- 1 cup ranch dressing plus more to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Place both halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, Colby Jack, green onions, and ranch dressing. Use enough ranch dressing so the mixture is wet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over one-half of the bread.
- Top it with the other half of the bread.
- Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the sandwich from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
