Ingredients
- 40 buttery crackers crumbled
- 3 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 cup yellow onion diced
- 1 (8.25-ounce) can mixed vegetables drained
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 24 ounces frozen tater tots
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place the crumbled crackers at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the chicken, the onion, the mixed veggies, the cream of chicken soup, the salt, the pepper, the garlic powder, and the onion powder.
- Evenly spoon the chicken mixture on top of the crumbled crackers.
- Top the chicken mixture with the tater tots.
- Bake until the tater tots are golden brown, about 40-45 minutes.
- Serve.
