Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 8 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 4 carrots julienned
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, mixing it thoroughly.
- Add in the cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots, mixing it all together as well.
