Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 3 Fuji apples cored and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups red grapes halved
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 3/4 cup walnuts chopped
Directions
- Whisk the mayo, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
- Add the apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts to the mayo mixture and stir well.
