Ingredients

4 cups spiral pasta uncooked
4 cups chicken cubed and cooked
2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup undiluted
1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup mayonnaise
4 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
3 cups fresh baby spinach chopped
2 cups Colby-Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease two 8-inch square baking dishes
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
In a large bowl, add the chicken, the cheddar cheese soup, the bacon, the milk, the mayonnaise, the tomatoes, and the spinach and stir to combine.
Stir the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture.
Divide the pasta mixture between the two prepared dishes and sprinkle each of the tops with 1 cup of the cheese.
Cover the dishes with foil and bake until bubbly and the cheese has melted, about 35-40 minutes.
Serve.
