Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 cups chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cubed and cooked
- 8 ribs celery thinly sliced
- 4 medium nectarines coarsely chopped
- 8 green onions sliced
- 2 (3-ounce) cans crispy chow mein noodles
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the parmesan cheese, the lemon juice, the salt, and the onion powder together.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken, the celery, the nectarines, and the green onions and mix to combine.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the chow mein noodles.
- Bake the chicken bake until it is heated through, about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve.
