Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion finely diced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the onion, the egg, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the Italian seasoning, the salt, and the pepper to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a shallow baking dish and form it into a loaf shape.
- Brush the barbeque sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake until the meatloaf is firm and set, about 55 minutes-1 hour.
- Let the meatloaf cool for 5-10 minutes.
