Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box woven grain cereal such as Chex
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 5 cups chocolate wafer cookie smashed into crumbs
For decorating:
- marshmallow ghosts cats, pumpkins, etc.
- gummy worms
Directions
- Empty the grain cereal into a large bowl, then set aside.
- Melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal, tossing to ensure it's thoroughly coated.
- Add in 4 cups of the chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, tossing to coat.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cookie crumbs over the top.
- Cover and let set in the fridge.
- Once set, decorate the graveyard with gummy worms, marshmallow ghosts, etc. Slice and serve.
