Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) bag medium egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the egg noodles to al dente, according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a large skillet, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until browned.
- Season the ground beef with the salt and pepper, then drain the excess grease.
- In a large bowl, stir the tomato soup, the cream of mushroom soup, the milk, the Worcestershire sauce, the minced garlic, the dried onion flakes, the salt, and pepper together.
- Stir the egg noodles and the ground beef into the soup mixture.
- Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the casserole, uncovered, about 25-30 minutes. If the top looks like it's getting too dry or crispy, cover with aluminum foil.
- Top the casserole with the parmesan cheese.
- Serve.
