Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs or breasts boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning
- 2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 scallions diced
Directions
- Add the chicken and the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning all over the chicken.
- Evenly place the cream cheese over the chicken.
- Close the lid and cook the chicken mixture until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, on low heat for about 6-7 hours and on high heat for about 4-5 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Top the chicken with the bacon and the cheese.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook until the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish the chicken mixture with the scallions.
- Serve.
