Ingredients
For the dip:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
- cayenne pepper optional, to taste
Optional, for serving:
- dill pickles finely chopped
- fresh dill chopped
- potato chips to taste
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream cheese, 1 cup of the chopped pickles, the sour cream, the pickle juice, 1 tablespoon of the chopped dill, the garlic, and the cayenne pepper and stir to combine until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes.
