Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Cut the potatoes into quarters.
- On a nonstick cookie sheet, add the potatoes, the olive oil, the bell peppers, the onions, the steak seasoning, and the sweet paprika and toss to combine and coat.
- Bake the potatoes, turning them twice, until the potatoes are cooked through, about 22-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
