Ingredients
- 1 (12-pound) smoked cured ham shankless and skinless
- whole cloves to taste
- 1 cup light brown sugar firmly packed
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Score the top of the ham into diamonds and stud the center of the diamonds with the cloves.
- Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, the mustard, and the vinegar and evenly spread the glaze over the ham.
- Bake the ham until it is heated through, about 35 minutes.
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter and allow the ham to rest for 15 minutes.
- Carve and serve.
