Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce divided into thirds
- 1 (25-ounce) package frozen sausage or cheese ravioli divided
- 1 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded, divided into thirds
- fresh basil to taste, minced, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the beef while crumbing, over medium heat, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the beef.
- In the prepared baking dish, layer 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, 1/2 of the ravioli, 1/2 of the beef, and 1/3 of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, the remaining ravioli, the remaining beef, and 1/3 of the cheese.
- Top the lasagna with the remaining sauce and the remaining cheese.
- Cover the lasagna and bake until heated through, about 40-45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the basil over the top of the lasagna.
- Serve.
