Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 (16-ounce) box linguine cooked
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, the chicken soup, the sour cream, the salt, the pepper, the butter, and the broth.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix well to combine.
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan and pour in the noodle mixture.
- Sprinkle the parmesan and the mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
