Ingredients
- butter to taste
- 2 slices bread of your choice
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- herbs optional, of your choice, to taste, for garnish
- tomato soup optional, hot, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread the butter on one side of each of the slices of bread.
- Place one slice on a baking sheet, butter-side down.
- Top the slice on the baking sheet with the cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
- Top the cheese with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Bake, flipping halfway through, until browned, about 6 minutes per side.
- Serve hot, garnished with the herbs and paired with the tomato soup.
