Ingredients
- 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce can substitute mayonnaise, ranch, or Caesar dressing
- 4 ounces deli turkey
- 2 slices provolone cheese can substitute cheddar, Havarti, or Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 2 large green leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread the honey mustard sauce evenly over each of the tortillas, leaving a 1/4-inch border at the edges.
- Top each of the honey mustard layers evenly with the turkey, the cheese, the bacon, the lettuce, the tomato slices, and the avocado slices.
- Season the filling with the salt and the pepper.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly.
- Slice the tortillas in half on the diagonal.
- Serve.
