Ingredients
- 4 English muffins split
- 6 ounces of Canadian bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Cube the English muffins.
- Chop the Canadian bacon.
- Add 1/2 of the cubed English muffins to the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
