Ingredients
- 1/4 pint fresh or frozen blackberries plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 1/2 ounce honey
- ice to taste
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 ounces premium tonic water
- 1 1/2 ounces Empress 1908 Gin
- rosemary sprigs to taste, for garnish
Directions
- In a glass, add 1/4 pint of the blackberries and the honey and muddle to combine.
- Add the ice to the blackberry-honey mixture.
- Pour the pineapple juice and the lime juice over the ice and top with the tonic water.
- Pour the gin over the drink mixture.
- Serve the drink garnished with extra blackberries and the rosemary sprigs.
