Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh corn cooked
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until they are well-combined.
- Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator, about 3-4 hours.
- Serve.
