Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons pecans toasted, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 (8-ounce) loaf focaccia bread
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 pound turkey thinly sliced and cooked
- 1/4 pound Gouda cheese sliced
- 8 slices tomato
- 6 strips bacon cooked
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the cranberry sauce, the pecans, the Dijon mustard, and the honey together.
- Using a long serrated knife, cut the focaccia horizontally in half.
- Spread the cut-sides with the mayo mixture.
- Layer the bottom half of the focaccia with the lettuce, the turkey, the Gouda, the tomato, and the bacon.
- Replace the bread top and cut the sandwich into wedges.
- Serve.
