Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (16-ounce) can chili without beans
- 1 (16-ounce) package mild or sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- green onions optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
- tortilla chips optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
- In a 12x12-inch microwaveable glass pie dish or tempered glass dish, add the cream cheese.
- Microwave the cream cheese until it is easily spreadable, about 1 minute.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire bottom of the dish.
- Add the chili, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the chili evenly with the cheddar cheese.
