Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley fresh minced
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Heat the chicken broth in a medium saucepan or a large skillet over medium heat until simmering.
- Add the vegetables and cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
