Ingredients
- 24 ounces baby red potatoes
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 2 pounds chicken thighs boneless and skinless
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken condensed soup gluten-free (such as Pacific Foods™ or Walmart Great Value™ ), diluted
- 1/2 cup 100% natural chicken broth
- 1 ounce dry ranch packet
Directions
- Layer the red potatoes, the carrots, and the chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diluted cream of chicken soup, the chicken broth, and the ranch seasoning.
- Pour the soup mixture on top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook until the chicken thighs are tender and cooked through, about 6-8 hours on low and 3-4 hours on high.
- Serve.
