Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (14-ounce) can corn kernels drained
  • 2 (14.75-ounce) cans cream-style corn

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole dish or an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  • Add the melted butter, the sugar, and the milk. If the melted butter is too hot it could cook the eggs and ruin the pudding, so make sure it is fully cooled before mixing it in.
  • Add the cornstarch and whisk to combine.
  • Add the corn kernels and the cream-style corn and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Serve warm!
