Ingredients
- 1 (3-5-pound) beef roast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (1-ounce) packet brown gravy mix
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (1-ounce) packet Italian dressing mix
- 6 medium potatoes halved
- 6 carrots halved
- 1 cup celery optional, diced
Directions
- Add the roast and the water to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, add the brown gravy mix, the ranch dressing mix, and the Italian dressing mix and stir to combine.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the roast, cover the slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
- Add the potatoes, the carrots, and the celery to the roast and cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees F and the veggies are fork-tender, about 2-3 hours.
- Plate and serve.
