Ingredients
- 1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 3-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, the soup, the sour cream, 1 3/4 cups of the cheddar cheese, and the parmesan cheese.
- Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 40-45 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
