Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen French fries
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups ham cooked and cubed
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10.75 ounces milk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of the French fries.
- Add a layer of the broccoli.
- Sprinkle the ham evenly over the top of the broccoli.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, the milk, and the mayonnaise.
- Pour the milk mixture evenly over the ingredients in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered until it is bubbly, the parmesan cheese is browned, and the French fries are cooked through, about 1 hour.
- Serve.
