Ingredients
- 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops boneless
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat the grill to medium heat.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with the lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, combine the parsley, the rosemary, the thyme, and the pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the pork chops.
- Grill the pork chops, covered, until a thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 145 degrees F, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Allow the pork to stand for 5 minutes.
