Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice
- whipped cream optional, to taste, for topping
- cinnamon optional, to taste, for topping
Directions
- Put the coffee, the pumpkin purée, and the milk into a pot over medium heat.
- Heat while mixing until it is combined, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the pumpkin spice, the vanilla extract, the nutmeg, the cinnamon, and the sweetener, mixing together for about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the latte into a mug and let it cool down for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the whipped cream and a dash of the cinnamon to the latte.
- Serve!
