Ingredients

For the oatmeal:

  • 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Optional, for topping:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen dark sweet cherries pitted, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted and chopped

Directions
