Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- other spices optional, such as black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, etc., to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
