Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 dash ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 4 ounces hot water
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Directions
- Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla extract into the bottom of an Irish coffee glass or mug. Muddle or mix well.
- Pour in the rum.
- Top it off with the hot water.
- Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- Serve.
