Ingredients
- 2 slices bread white or whole-grain
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 thin slices deli ham
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
Directions
- Place a skillet on the stovetop and heat it over medium-high.
- Spread 1 side of each slice of the bread with a teaspoon of the butter.
- Put a slice, butter-side down in the skillet.
- Top it with the Swiss cheese and the ham.
- Spread the other side of the bread with the mayonnaise and the mustard.
- Put the untoasted bread slice butter-side up on top of the sandwich.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until it is golden-brown and the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes.
- Serve!
