Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon Indian spice blend or Garam masala
- 3 ears corn shucked and cleaned
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- lemon juice to taste
- 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
Directions
- Mix together the seasoned salt, the black pepper, the hot sauce, the cumin, and the Indian spice blend.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn with the grill lid closed, turning the corn occasionally until it is charred to your preference and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush it with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the spice mix onto the corn.
- Rub the corn with the lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve while warm!
