Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 5 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Coat a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken cubes on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish, ensuring the cubes aren't touching.
- In a bowl, add the garlic powder, the cream cheese, and the heavy cream and mix to combine.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the cream mixture with the jalapeños and the cheese.
- Bake the casserole until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 40-45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the casserole with the bacon and serve.
