Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups cheddar cheese plus more to taste, shredded, and divided
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine the hash browns, sour cream, bacon, ranch mix, and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl, stirring well.
