Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups bacon-ranch salad dressing homemade or store-bought
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 (14-ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts rinsed and drained, chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 plum tomatoes seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- assorted crackers optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the salad dressing, and the milk and beat until blended.
- Add the cheddar, the artichokes, the spinach, the tomatoes, the bacon, and the green onions and stir to combine.
- Transfer the spinach mixture to a 4-5-quart slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low until heated through, about 2-3 hours.
- Serve the dip with the crackers.
