Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved, for garnish
  • 4-6 basil leaves chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Grease a large baking dish.
  • Mix the cream cheese and basil pesto.
  • Lay the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the pesto and cream cheese mixture over the top of the chicken.
  • Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake on the center rack until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F, about 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve topped with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
