Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangos diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1 large lime juiced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a serving bowl, combine the mango, the bell pepper, the onion, the cilantro, and the jalapeño.
- Squeeze the lime juice over top.
- Season with the salt and stir well, being careful not to crush the mango.
- Allow the salsa to rest for about 10 minutes before serving for maximum flavor.
- Serve!
